Delete your account

1. Request account deletion
In Daxido or Daxido Partner, open the account-deletion option under Profile or Settings. The app checks unresolved bookings and balances, then shows a scheduled deletion date after a 30-day waiting period. You can cancel the request before that date.
If you cannot access the app, email support@daxido.com and state whether the request concerns your rider account, Partner account or both. Include your registered contact details so we can arrange account verification. A message from an unverified number alone is not sufficient to delete an account.
Deletion becomes irreversible when completed. Records retained for legal, safety or dispute purposes are handled as described in Section 11. Turning off ad measurement or WhatsApp offers is a separate choice and does not require account deletion. Instructions are also available at https://www.daxido.com/delete-account/.
2. What happens to your information
We retain information for the time needed to operate your account, complete bookings, handle support, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. An account-deletion request has a 30-day waiting period shown in the app, during which you can cancel the request. Outstanding trips, payments or earnings may need to be resolved first.
After deletion is completed, profile and other information no longer needed is deleted or de-identified. Some transaction, tax, safety, dispute and fraud-prevention records may need to be retained for the applicable purpose or legal period with restricted access. Backup copies may expire through the normal backup cycle. Deletion does not erase messages already delivered to another person or independently held by a third-party service. 3. Only want to stop offers or measurement?
You do not need to delete your account. Turn off Ad measurement (optional) in rider Profile preferences or Partner Settings.
