TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the DaxiDo platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all users of the platform, including riders and driver-partners.
2. Services Provided
DaxiDo Technologies Services Pvt. Ltd provides a technology platform that connects users (riders) with independent third-party providers (driver-partners) for transportation and logistics services. DaxiDo does not provide transportation services itself.
3. User Accounts
To use most aspects of our services, you must register for and maintain an active personal user account. You must be at least 18 years of age to obtain an account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Payments & Fares
You understand that use of the services may result in charges to you for the services or goods you receive. DaxiDo will receive and/or enable your payment of the applicable charges for services obtained through your use of the platform.
5. Safety & Conduct
Users are expected to behave respectfully towards one another. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or illegal activity is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of account access.
6. Limitation of Liability
DaxiDo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, personal injury, or property damage related to, in connection with, or otherwise resulting from any use of the services.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
