Finish a trip and a reward opens, a wheel on some rides, a scratch card on others, on the same odds either way. Riders and driver-partners each get their own.
The same draw arrives as a scratch card on about half of all rides. Identical odds. The server picks the format, not the outcome.

Whoever you invite gets a welcome spin when they join. Your side pays out once their rides qualify: a minimum fare and a ride count, both set server-side rather than promised here.

Your first spin is a one-per-account draw on a far wider ladder than the post-ride wheel: ₹25, ₹50, ₹100, up to a top segment of ₹1,000. Joining on a referral code draws from the richer of the two tables.
The wedges above are the live post-ride segments; ops can retune them, and the odds for every segment are shown in the app before you spin. Rewards land as wallet credit, a voucher, or a promo code. Welcome-spin and referral payouts draw from their own tables, with their own ceilings.

The category is moving off commission, and it should have years ago. Daxido charges driver-partners a flat ₹22 a day or ₹2 a ride, so on ₹60,000 of monthly fares a driver keeps ₹59,428 rather than ₹45,000. That is the floor. These are the things above it.
A ₹100 fare on a commission app: the platform takes ₹25, the driver receives ₹75. The same fare on Daxido: the driver receives ₹100; the membership of ₹22 a day is paid separately and never comes out of a fare.

Price Lock holds the quote you accepted. If traffic makes the trip longer, Daxido covers the difference, and the driver is still paid the real metered fare, not the locked one.

A fairness dashboard in the driver app shows how rides were allocated and why. It is the opacity, not the algorithm, that erodes trust.
Monthly figures assume 26 working days and 8 rides a day, and the comparison uses 25%: a commonly-reported industry commission rate, not a specific competitor’s audited number. Anything marked coming soon is built but not yet switched on for everyone.

Pick your ride and the price locks, a ten-minute countdown on a fare that cannot move. Surge is printed right on the screen (× 1.2 on a busy evening), and the breakdown shows where every rupee of the fare goes.

The wallet auto-splits promo and balance, ₹5 promo, ₹305 balance, fare covered, and paying the driver directly works too. When the wallet covers it, the screen says so plainly: fully paid, nothing to pay the driver.

Every trip is kept with its route, its fare and a Rebook button: ₹1,602 across 50 rides this month, in one view. Going back somewhere you have been is a single tap.

Ride twice a week and the streak holds, cashback climbs week on week, up to 2% of every fare. Daxi the sparrow keeps score in your garage, two weeks and counting.

The map shows where the city is busy before you commit a kilometre, demand zones you can read at a glance, Go To or Stay In. Offers arrive with the fare and the bonus attached: reasons to take a ride, not ultimatums.

₹432 gross on the screen means ₹432 in your account. There is no commission line because there is no commission. Payouts land T+1 at no charge, and tips are 100% yours.

A flat ₹22 day pass or ₹2 a ride, your choice, every charge itemised, and a ticket queue built for disputing them. The Fairness Dashboard shows how rides were allocated, so the algorithm is something you can check, not something you take on faith.

Plan shifts with a break timer that puts you back online by itself, pick up to 3 zones, and switch on a going-home filter so the last ride of the day is already heading your way.

No signal? The alert is written to the phone and replays the moment it reconnects. It survives a restart, so a dead zone delays the alert instead of losing it.
The part most apps leave out
Every driver-partner is verified before they take a single ride. Someone on our operations team opens each document (driving licence, registration certificate, insurance, Aadhaar, PAN) and checks it by hand, one at a time. A person, not an automated scan. Until all of it clears, the account stays locked. That much we’ll claim.
The rest we’d rather say plainly. There’s no promised response-time SLA. No live video streamed to your family. If something happens, our operations team reviews the footage; it isn’t broadcast to anyone. No bundled hardware camera. No formal security certification yet. The day any of that ships, you’ll read it here first.

“I didn’t start Daxido because I wanted to build another ride-booking app. I started it because I spent years on the road, alongside Bengaluru’s auto drivers, and saw things that shouldn’t have become normal.
Drivers working long hours without knowing what the next ride would bring. Riders waiting, cancelling, trying again. Both sides feeling like they had very little control.
I kept thinking: it doesn’t have to be this way.
So Daxido started with a simple idea: build a platform that treats both the person driving and the person riding with a little more fairness.
We’re still building. We’re still learning. And there is a lot we want to get right.
But every ride we get right is a small step toward the kind of city I want to live in, one where getting around feels simpler, and the people making that possible feel valued too.
